Unlike other programs that focus only on developing the major muscle groups or cause for
players to do more harm than help to their bodies, our focus is building each player from the
ground up. This program will feature various methods to increase the athlete’s balance,
flexibility, core strength, stability, power, explosiveness, athleticism, and supply injury
prevention exercises.
Our strength, athleticism, and conditioning workouts will follow a simple pattern from week
to week. We will work from the GROUND UP. Starting with each player’s feet and ankles and
eventually finishing with his or her upper body. Our focus is making sure that the strength
gained over these three weeks is “functional strength” and can be translated to the game.
We’re not in this for looks or appearances!
